Amanda Kotter (Case Manager/Nutritionist)

Amanda Kotter is a passionate and experienced nutritionist, herbalist, homeopath, german new medicine consultant, and professional yoga instructor at Utah Tech University, who has over 30+ years of hands on experience in healthcare and holistic health. Amanda is the lifeblood of Elemental Health. She seeks to educate and empower everyone she comes in contact with and her work speaks for itself.

Brecken Moore (Nurse Practitioner)

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Brecken is currently working in endocrinology with an emphasis on diabetes. Brecken is very passionate about diabetes, he loves to educate, influence, and guide patients to healthier lives through technology, medicine, and healthy habit formation. Education will unlock potential in all patients. We must understand how to efficiently communicate and teach patients if we hope to make a difference in this world.

Camden Caifa (RN)

Camden is an experienced education consultant with demonstrated expertise working in the hospital & healthcare industry. She's skilled in emergency nursing, emergency services, SANE, forensic nursing, critical care, and flight nursing. She has strong healthcare experience, with a masters degree focused in forensic nursing. She is also the current clinical program director for Southwest Forensic Healthcare, a blossoming forensic nurse program serving Washington County, Utah.

Laura Schmitt (LPN)

Laura has been a licensed vocational nurse for over 14 years. She is also trained as a yoga therapist in restorative yoga. Laura likes to take a holistic approach and care for the whole person, rather than just the symptoms. Laura is an actress and has a deep love for music and healing. Amongst many accomplishments, Laura co-created a wellness business in St. George called Free Will Healing, where she further helps better people's lives.

Lexi Waters (Massage Therapy)

Lexi has a passion for wellness and relaxation, she is dedicated to providing exeptional care and personalized treatments to help clients find rejuvenation and relief. Lexi loves to connect with the community and help individuals on their path to healing. Lexi is experienced in: Swedish Massages, Deep Tisue Massages, Pregnancy Massages, and Hot Stones Massages.

Sue Bee (Foot Zone/Massage)

Sue is an experienced foot massage and foot zone therapist who is passionate about the wellness and recovery of ther clients. Sue is an ambitious worker and professional who is focused on the needs of the patient, tailoring the massage and foot zone to the patient. Lance Kotter (MA)

Lance is an energetic and optomistic musician who is also licensed as a phlebotomist and IV technician, who provides a medical assistant role at Elemental Health. Lance loves to help people with their spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical goals. Lance is also a CNA at Ovation in St. George UT, and plans on starting medical school Fall 2026. He aims to become an osteopathic physician, where he can help scale hormone replacement clinics, mental health clinics, and other OMT-practice clinics across the US.

Julia Hevle (Master Aesthetician)

Julia, creator of Skin RN. Is a fun, outgoing mom, wife, esthetician, and RN, passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin. After struggling with cystic acne as a teen, a medical esthetician changed her life and inspired her to do the same for others. Julia became a licensed esthetician in 2005, earned her RN in 2008, and worked in dermatology before opening Skin RN in 2013. Over the past decade, she's helped hundreds of people transform their skin, and when she's not working, Julia is usually with her family, traveling, going to concerts, or cheering at her son’s basketball games, so she'll always have a good story to share!

Dina Novak (Aesthetician)

With over 25 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, and luxury spa settings, Dina is more than an aesthetician, she’s a trusted guide on your skin health journey. Sergio Espinoza (Physcial Recovery)

Sergio has decades of experience as a specialty massage therapist LMT, who has created his own technique called "EMIT" which is tailored to the patient's physical recovery. This technique includes precise deep-tissue massage which helps aleviate pain, re-train muscle function, build correct muscle strength, and more. Sergio enjoys life in St. George and seeks to help the healing journey of all his patients.
